Print Manager Plus End User Inquiry Tool
Install this program to keep track of how many pages you print from the Library throughout the school year. Remember that you have 100 free prints each semester. When you go over there is an extra charge.

Note: During installation your firewall will ask you to block or allow the program. You want to click the allow option.

Note: You need to apply a special update to get this program so that it will work here at Cathedral Prep

Click here to download the update. Once the download is complete, open the printmonitor.zip file and doubleclick on the printmonitor.bat file. Restart your computer when the program prompts you to.

Once the program is installed you will see a new printer icon in your system tray. The system tray is the lower right hand corner of your computer where all the little icons are. Just mouse over the icon and you can see how many pages you have printed. You can also double click the icon to get a popup window of the same information.
