Class of 2016 Important Dates and Information
February 13, 2012 Prep Basketball Spirit Night @ Gannon's Hammermill Center
Prep vs. Strong Vincent – 8:30pm
All students will be mailed free tickets and food coupons
February 24, 2012 Regular Admissions Acceptance Letters are placed in the mail.
March 1, 2012 All Financial Aid applications (Cathedral Prep and Erie Catholic Diocese) are due
Financial Aid applications are available online or upon request
March 16, 2012 Merit-Based Essay Scholarship Essays are due to the Admissions Office
All applicants will be mailed information regarding the essays
March 31, 2011 Notification of Financial Aid Awards
Notification of Merit-Based Essay Scholarship winners
April 2, 2012 Scheduling Night for Incoming Freshmen 4:30pm - 7:30pm
Students only need to attend one of the nights

April 16, 2012 $100 Tuition Deposit Deadline
April 26, 2012 ROTC Field Day @ Cathedral Prep Events Center
All students scheduled for ROTC will be invited
May 5, 2012 Math & Science Testing Date
Science Test -- 8:30am - 9:30am
Math Test -- 9:45am - 11:15am
For students who want to test out of freshmen math and science
Testing details will be mailed in April
June 18, 2012 Summer School Begins
July 12, 2012 Party @ Presque Isle for all Prep and Villa incoming freshmen

July 13, 2012 Summer School Ends
July 15, 2012 Tuition Arrangements Due (invoices are mailed in mid-May)
