As we take great pride in our achievements, we recognize this strategic challenges that cloud our aspirations of excellence in all endeavors.

At a time of escalating cost and declining demographics in a competitive environment, ensuring a viable enrollment will require significant growth in our endowment to provide enhanced tuition assistance for many of the families who qualify for financial assistance.
Learning and performing in an aging science wing and auditorium stands as a clear and present challenge to our academic offerings in the sciences and performing arts. Critical classroom upgrades, equipment updates, and the latest safety and environmental standards need to be addressed.
Sustaining The Fund for Cathedral Prep (Annual Fund) as the cornerstone of charitable giving to Cathedral Prep remains paramount— and most importantly—keeps the cost of a Cathedral Prep education within reach of area families.
In addition to the challenges listed above, inadequate athletics facilities remain. Existing facilities were designed over 60 years ago to accommodate a handful of interscholastic teams. Today those programs have grown to include twenty-three interscholastic teams at the varsity, junior varsity, and freshmen levels.
